Randy has been teaching with IMW since the very first pilot program back in 2006. Randy studied at MacMurray College, Jacksonville and also studied the Kodaly method will Jill Trinka at DePaul University . He has studied with Reggie Boyd and was winner, “Best Guitarist” at the 15th Annual Chicago Reggae & World Music Awards. He has also taught with Rock for Kids, Merit School of Music, and various public schools. Randy recorded two albums as a member of the band Weapons of Peace who were on Hugh Hefner’s Playboy record label and toured with Earth,Wind,and Fire, Kool and the Gang, and Ohio Players.
